English 3:  All research papers were due Friday.  Get them in ASAP to avoid losing late points. 
                We will begin practicing for the Prairie State and ACT exams this week.  We will be focusing on
                     the Work Keys portion for the Prairie State this week.
                Continue reading this week in your self-selected novel.  We will do a reading check Wednesday.

Speech Communications:  This week we will be working on persuasive speeches. 
                                         Work on choosing a topic by the end of the day Monday and telling me what it is.
                                         Work on your audience analysis sheets this week.
                                         We will discuss topic evaluation worksheets later in the week.
                                          These worksheets will be due throughout the week.

English 4:  We are on Act III of The Crucible.  Act 3 quiz tentatively scheduled for Friday.

March 1-March 5, 2010

English 3:  We will be submitting drafts Monday.  Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday we will be learning how to use Writer's Workbench to check drafts for errors.  Wednesday is a reading day, with questions to answer about the reading.

English 4:  We will begin The Crucible.  Vocabulary presentations will begin this week as well.

Communications:  Speeches begin this week and continue into next week.
