Speech: Yesterday, we practiced phone conversations. Remember to practice these skills when using the phone. Today, we will begin the largest part of the chapter...interviews. We will take notes on interviewing skills.

Sophomores: Lit circles are today. Many of you have not been doing BOTH the journal and job sheet assigned to you. You must have both to receive full credit. When you are not prepared, your entire group suffers because they do not benefit from your input. Monday, we will continue on in our "Monkey's Paw" essay. It will be due Wednesday.

Freshmen: I am so proud of you all for your questioning and comments of "The Most Dangerous Game." I think you're getting the hang of reading a text for meaning. Monday, we will work in groups on the story analysis worksheet. Today is lit circles. Many of you have not been doing BOTH the journal and job sheet assigned to you. You must have both to receive full credit. When you are not prepared, your entire group suffers because they do not benefit from your input.
