English 3 -- First hour: You will have about half the hour to finish reading Act 3 and completing your slips of paper. If time remains, we will work with the strips of paper. Sixth and seventh hours: You will have all hour to work on your Act 3 quiz. I will explain expectations, etc.
English 4 / 1101: You will have all hour to work on your exemplification essay. Towards the end of the hour, I will ask that you print out a copy for someone in your hour to peer edit for homework. DO NOT give him/her your only copy in case it gets lost. Your final copy is due tomorrow. You will not have all hour (only about half) to finish typing.
Speech : We will attmpt to log onto learnerblogs.org and register for blogs. Afterward, we will begin impromptu speeches that focus on eye contact.
