English 3 -- We will begin class with ACT review. Then, we will discuss something called "Quick 8" which is a page of prompts. At the beginning of each day for the next ten class periods, you will choose a topic on the Quick 8 worksheet to write about. These topics relate to Huckleberry Finn. Afterwards, you will lead the class in discussion over Chapters 1-4 based on your Level 1, 2, and 3 questions that were howework. I will collect your questions after class. You will receive a participation grade, so be sure to participate actively today.
English 4 (1102) -- We will discuss "Teenage Wasteland" today based upon your notes. Next, we will begin discussing your first research paper. You will need to begin considering topics of interest.
Speech -- Continue working on your outlines for your ceremonial speech. Outlines are due Tuesday by the end of the day. Additionally, today we will discuss transitional devices.
Reading Lab -- You will receive new bookmarks today and I will discuss how to complete them. With the time remaining, you will continue to read.
